What is Rai-fix System?

It is a mechanical system for suspending and installing tiles and panels of various thicknesses—such as ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone of all types—ranging from 5 mm to 12 mm in thickness and with XXL dimensions of up to approximately 300×60 cm on the exterior and interior facades of buildings in a concealed manner, reinforced
with a chemical adhesive (Polyurethane).

This system provides a durable and elegant solution for installing facades without any visible elements on the exterior surface, giving the facade a modern look and durability.

The system can be installed in two ways:
• Installation on vertical rails (T-Rails) to allow for rear ventilation of the wall (stack effect).
• Direct installation on the wall.

Components of the Rai-fix System

These are the system’s anchor points on the wall; they are secured to the wall using roll bolts and attached to the vertical rails with screws and a curved sub-component that secures the vertical profiles.

Rails installed vertically and parallel to the wall surface to distribute weight evenly.

These are the metal components that support the panels and are typically made of stainless steel.
They are installed with the panel after a groove is cut into its back.
