What is Rai-fix System?
Rai-fix System is a mechanical system for the concealed installation and mounting of tiles and panels of various thicknesses—such as ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone—on the exterior and interior facades of buildings, reinforced with a chemical adhesive (silicone).
This system provides a durable and elegant solution for installing facades without any visible elements on the exterior surface, giving the facade a modern look and durability.

Components of the Rai-fix System

These are the system’s anchor points on the wall; they are secured to the wall using anchor bolts and attached to the vertical profiles (T-sections) with screws and a curved sub-component that secures the vertical profiles.

These are T-sections installed vertically and parallel to the wall surface to distribute weight evenly.

These are the metal components that support the panels and are typically made of stainless steel.
They are installed with the panel after a groove is cut into its back.
Where is the Rai-fix System used?
- On facades composed of large tiles or panels (1 x 3 m)
- For cladding the exterior facades of commercial buildings, malls, and modern villas.
- On facades that utilize rear-ventilation systems.
Installation Method for the Rai-fix System

Features of the Rai-fix System
- A fully concealed fastening system.
- Easy to maintain, as any panel or tile can be easily removed without breaking.
- Safe, as it reduces the risk of tiles falling compared to traditional adhesive-only installation.
- High stability due to the chemical bond (silicone).
- High resistance to weather, wind, and vibration.
- Allows for rear ventilation between the panel and the wall.
