What is Clips System?
Clips systemis a concealed mechanical fastening system used primarily for installing 2-cm-thick ceramic cladding (Frontac), primarily, but it can also be used with natural stone of various types and thicknesses on the exterior and interior facades of buildings using metal clips mounted on a metal framework to secure the panels without the need for adhesives or cement mortar.
This system provides a durable and elegant solution for installing facades without any visible elements on the exterior surface, giving the facade a modern look and durability.
Components of the Clips System
These are the system’s anchor points on the wall; they are secured to the wall using anchor bolts and attached to the vertical profiles (T-sections) with screws and a curved sub-component that secures the vertical profiles.
These are T-sections installed vertically and parallel to the wall surface to distribute weight evenly.
These are the metal components that support the panel and are made of stainless steel.
They are installed with the panel after drilling two small grooves in both the top and bottom edges of the panel.
Where is the Clips System used?
- On facades composed of large ceramic tiles or panels.
- For cladding exterior facades in areas with harsh climatic conditions (humidity, heat, rain).
- On facades that utilize rear ventilation systems.
- On facades made of artificial stone and natural stone of all types.
